My daughter is troubled with diarrhea. We have been noticing that it may have to do with her menstrual cycle if this is possible. Also ice cream brings it on but not cheese, like pizza, or other dairy products. If she has ice cream she immediately has to find a bathroom. Is there an enzyme or probiotic that could help with this? She does take aloe juice everyday and that has seemed to slow down the occurences some.

It sounds like she may have lactose intolerance with the reaction you describe from eating ice cream, even though she does not have it from cheese.  I would suggest she try the enzyme formula called Lactozyme.  This would be the first and simplest thing to try.
