I'm a 30 year old female suffering from candida overgrowth due to steroid medications. I've tried prescription medications to treat this, but after a few weeks the symptoms come back. I'm now on a yeast/gluten free diet and am looking for the right supplements to take to help get the candida problem under control for good. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Yes there are some great products to include in your journey through candida overgrowth. First I would suggest the CandiGone product from Renew Life, along with a great probiotic like Ultimate Flora 50 Billion. Following the candida diet is a must.
