I am overweight now, hot flashes, had a baby about 1 1/2 yrs ago, sore breasts, weepy, period is late or doesn't come now.  They are both great products, can I take both?  Also, I live in the states, where can I get Femmessentials?

You did not say how old you are which is always helpful. You are still getting periods albeit irregular periods. Because you are still getting periods I suggest you start taking EstroSense 2 capsules at breakfast with food. EstroSense can help to get you ovulating properly which will regulate your periods.
