I AM A 53YR OLD BLACK FEMALE WHO IS VERY ACTIVE AND HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN TRIMMING INCHES AND MELTING FAT BUT I AM AT A POINT WHERE I AM STUCK AND CANNOT PUSH THE REST OF THE 10-15LBS I NEED TO GET RID OF. I WORKOUT 5-6 TIMES PER WEEK (CARDIO/WTS/SOME P90X) AND I HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL SO FAR....BUT STILL THE LAST LITTLE BIT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO GET RID OF.
I WAS TOLD THAT CIRCUIT TRAINING WILL HELP BURN FAT FASTER AND MORE EFFICIENTLY? ALSO WOULD THE HOODIA PATCH HELP ME THROUGH THIS PROCESS? I EAT PRETTY GOOD, VEGGIES/PROTEIN (MOSTLY CHICKEN AND FISH) AND FRUIT.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? I TAKE MY MULTIVITAMINS, CALCIUM, FLAXSEED, OMEGA 3-6-9 AND B12. THE ONLY Rx MEDICATION I TAKE IS FOR B/P WHICH IS ONE PILL. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE THE WEIGHT SO I WON'T NEED TO TAKE THE B/P MEDS ANY MORE.
