hello doctor, actually instead of losing i wanna gain weight, I'm 22 years old, 6.2 feet and only 143 pounds, everybody calls me skinny, and i tried many times to play some sports and also build a body by fitness,but it doesn't work,and my biggest problem that i don't have free time because i have five classes at school and i'm working for 40 hours a week,i live with roommates so i have a lot a staff to do by myself, could you please help me to gain muscles and to build a body ? i doesn't matter for me how long it will take i just want to reach the 190 pounds.
