ok i got a mesomorphic body type im about fourty pounds over weight. im also a breastfeeding mother who cant take any supplyments. im afraid to workout because i have broad shoulders and i dont want them to get bigger or broader. i want to look in shape and girl. oh and other biggy im 5'00 even. im very short person. if anyone has any suggestions . thank so much!

Once you recieved the ok from your doctor, you may want to consider doing cardio. Start out by walking and then slowly over time add more time to your walking workouts. The goal should be walking at the miniumum 30 minutes a day. Walking is great exercise and is also a great way to introduce your body to cardio activity as well.
