I take a dropper full of colloidal silver three times a day during the "flu" season.  It works!  Try it!

I've invested in a cute little machine that ozonates my water.  The principle is that germs and bacteria can't live in an oxygen-rich environment.  I drink a glass 2 or 3 times a day.  Also, I keep a supply of occilococinum on hand.  (Not sure I spelled that right.)
What is colloidal silver and what does it do?  I am new to this.  Thanks!

Nothing new this year, I always use Esberitox ......it really works to ward off a cold when taken at the earliest onset of symptoms.

It is a really potent immune builder.  You can google it for details.  I highly recommend it for daily use.

After asking my Doctor about this, I started taking vitamin C and Echinacea every day, not just when I or someone around me wasn't feeling well.

I try to rinse out my nasal passages every day with a pre mixed saline solution made by Neil Med.  I have been free of sinus infections and colds since I have been doing this.   I'm also washing my hands more, even if I don't go out in public.

Where did you buy this cute little machine for the water?  Does the water taste better?  Thanks for your reply

It's called Dr. Katz ozonator.  The link is:  http://www.therabreath.com/productdetail.asp?cat=7&pid=128

It costs $150.  I bought it on-line.  Yes, the water tastes very fresh and good.  When it's in the process of ozonating, it smells a little like bleach.  But when the machine shuts off, that goes away, and there's no bleach taste at all.

Before I came across this, I tried using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) based on the same principle of releasing oxygen into the body.  I think it does the same thing, but I couldn't stand the bleachy taste.

Either process, the hydrogen peroxide or the ozonator, cleanses the body of impurities, and if taken regularly, is supposed to deep-clean toxins from the body.  The ozonator was an investment that I'm glad I made.  It's simple to use and the water tastes great.  The water doesn't stay ozonated, though.  You have to use it shortly after you ozonate it.  They say you can use it to bathe in, as well, to benefit the skin.  Just ozonate the bath water before you get in.  You can even clean house with it.  (It kills germs).
I am taking a mult-vitamin along with additional Vitamin C - I take a combined amount of 500 mg per day of Vitamin C for myself and my 8 years old son takes a multi-vitamin with 250 mg of Vitamin C.  This was recommended by my PCP.
