Hello, I'd like to piggy back on this question. I recently bought the Vitamin Shoppe brand CoQ-10 100mg. I'm still under 45 so I didn't buy the Ubiquinol, and have no health challenges to speak of. I'd like to double check on the doseage of 100mg. Is 100mg the right amount for me to be taking?

ubiQuinol is easier absorbed Coq10 is easier to absorb my doctor put me on it and i am only 26 he says he recomends it to all of his patients

he also told me to refrigerate it
