Hi ,my suggestion to you is to resolve the stress problem,relaxing exercizes,maybe yoga,or sex.This way you can sleep properly. If you don't sleep properly you can't built muscles. You should sleep at least 8 hours. Bedtime not later than 11

weekdays, and you should not eat later than 9 pm. Take care.
