Have you talked to your doctor about exercising?  Under a doctor's supervision and approval, any physical movement may be helpful for your weight loss efforts and may help boost your energy.  So talk to your doctor to determine what he or she feels is safe and appropriate for you.  There are plenty of exercise DVD's out there and some you can rent at your local public library to see what types of exercise that you may enjoy.
