I did this and it works for me, when nothing else would get me over the hump.  Shakes for two meal replacements, one good meal, nutritional cleansing, natural fat burning, work out 20 mins eaach day...   Feel free to contact me if your intersted.  Oh Im a vegetarian and very conscience of what I put into and on my body, so for me to accept this program I had to scrutinize every ingredient etc and it passed my test!  For whatever thats worth to you!
