Now this was a good article (by knowitall) and I do agree with it. I really don't care for green tea but my 14 year old daughter does and I keep the refrigerator stocked with it because she has substitued all drinks for the green tea and I am so thankful. I am trying to instill in her the importance of eating nutrional foods. I have tried every diet available and I literally lost the most weight eating 5 x day, small portions. I didn't want big portions if I ate that many times a day. Exercising! Well, I tried that but what worked best for me was buying a push lawnmower and pushing it 3-4 days a week. I feel the best I have felt in years. I have about 45 more lbs to go and I pray by this time next year I will be at my goal weight.
