Can I please ask what  Milk Thistle  did you prefer and what Adrenal gland supplements did you prefer also?

I have used a variety of Milk Thistle products, including New Chapter's Liver Support (which I think has both mushroom and Milk Thistle), Nature's Way, and the Vitamin Shoppe brand. When you are just finishing chemo, you need the most bioavailable form to help your body metabolize it, so I've always aimed for that.

I've almost always used an adrenal support that has raw adrenal-- the ones that have support factors just don't make a difference. Nature's Source is my favorite.
